Overview
Mission10 is seeking a passionate Content Creator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Aurora, 1 Union Row, Aberdeen, with hybrid working options, this role offers the opportunity to combine visual storytelling with strategic copywriting to deliver high-quality digital content for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients.
The Role
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for leading the production of compelling photo and video assets, crafting engaging copy, and supporting marketing strategies to create impactful digital stories.
Visual Storytelling and Production- Lead end-to-end production of high-quality photo and video assets, including storyboarding, lighting, shooting, and post-production.
- Develop high-impact short-form video content tailored for organic social media and strategic campaigns.
- Prepare client briefs for interviews and manage shoot arrangements such as location scouting, sourcing props, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand clients’ campaigns, messaging, and strategy.
- Work closely with clients throughout the process, presenting ideas and ensuring they feel comfortable in front of the camera.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to edit raw footage into polished, professional assets.
- Apply a creative eye to ensure all visuals align with client brand guidelines.
- Draft engaging social media copy that complements visual content.
- Assist in creating long-form content such as blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
- Occasionally support social media scheduling.
- Conduct regular research on visual trends and platform updates to maintain effective and engaging content.
- Provide creative input to refine marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
- Maintain organisation of digital assets and ensure proper archiving of project files.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in visual production within a B2B environment. A valid driver’s licence and access to a car are essential due to travel requirements for filming and photography.
This role suits someone who:
- Is highly capable in filming, lighting, and adopts a story-first approach to content creation.
- Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and the wider Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Is competent in both short-form social copy and structured long-form writing.
- Possesses a keen eye for framing, colour grading, and grammatical accuracy.
- Can transform simple briefs into compelling visual narratives and is open to experimenting with new ideas.
- Manages multiple client deadlines and prioritises editing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Leads with creativity and continuously seeks new ways to tell stories.
- Is a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, willing to offer additional support when needed.
