Overview
Focus 5 Recruitment is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital brand based near Blackburn. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office and offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a disruptive and expanding brand, develop your personal profile within the social media space, and contribute to a team of entrepreneurial digital specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Production & Delivery
Create and publish compelling content across key social platforms, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok, including short-form video, static visuals, and story-led content.
Film, edit and produce premium-quality photo and video assets for both organic posts and paid campaigns.
Oversee customer and influencer shoots, ensuring all visuals meet brand and quality standards. - Community Growth
Build meaningful, two-way engagement with the audience to encourage loyalty and convert followers into active supporters of the Smile Kitchens brand. - Influencer Strategy & Management
Research and connect with creators who align with the brand’s positioning and values to drive referral traffic and revenue with clear return on investment.
Coordinate influencer collaborations from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring outputs achieve measurable commercial impact. - Brand Collaborations
Lead joint initiatives and partnership campaigns with aligned brands to expand reach and increase audience engagement. - Social Campaign Planning
Design and deliver impactful social campaigns aligned to seasonal moments and emerging kitchen design trends. - Analytics & Optimisation
Track performance across content and campaigns, translating data into clear recommendations to continuously improve results. - Commercial Alignment
Ensure all social media activity supports broader business objectives, contributing to brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
Experience Required
- Proven ability to grow social channels and scale brands strategically, beyond content creation and platform management.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful social media and influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience managing key social platforms, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Experience working with influencers to drive brand engagement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in video editing and photography, with the ability to create visually compelling content that drives engagement.
