3. How do I apply for a job?
To apply, register for a free account, complete your profile, and browse open roles. Click “Apply” to either upload your CV (for internal jobs) or be redirected to the employer’s site (for external jobs).
4. What’s the difference between internal and external jobs?
Internal jobs are applied to directly on our platform with a CV upload. External jobs link to external application pages, such as the hiring company’s website or LinkedIn.
5. What is a reveal limit?
Free users can reveal up to 10 job contact details per month. Once revealed, contact info stays permanently visible. Premium users get unlimited reveals, plus additional benefits like saved jobs and early access.
6. How do I upgrade my account?
To upgrade, visit your subscription page, choose a plan, and follow the checkout instructions. Premium users unlock full access to the platform.
7. How do I create a portfolio profile?
Log in and go to your dashboard. Click “Create Portfolio” and add your image, bio, job types, work styles, social links, tags, and project gallery.
8. Can recruiters view my profile?
Yes. Recruiters with approved accounts can browse public portfolios. Contact details are shown only if they’ve revealed your profile or have recruiter privileges.
9. Can I edit or delete my portfolio?
Yes. Log in to your dashboard at any time to edit or delete your portfolio. Changes are reflected instantly. You can also withdraw job applications if the status allows it.
10. How can I post jobs?
All users can post jobs. Just go to the Account menu and click on Post Job.
11. Is the platform free?
Yes, basic access is free. You can create a profile, view jobs, and apply with limits. Upgrading to a premium plan unlocks unlimited jobs reveals, and more visibility.
12. How is my data protected?
We use secure servers, Google reCAPTCHA, GDPR-compliant storage, and moderation to protect your data. Passwords are encrypted and all CV uploads are handled securely.
