Your Team
You will join a team of 11 people including designers, community managers, CFO, and COO, reporting directly to Velo, the CEO.
You will be part of the Social Media team alongside other Community Managers and designers, led by the CEO and coordinated by the Project Manager. Daily collaboration will be close with the PM, design colleagues, and the client.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing and creating content for a top client in the health sector. This includes:
- Meeting with the client’s business units to identify key topics.
- Building the editorial calendar in Notion.
- Writing high-quality corporate copy for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Proposing content ideas together with the design team.
- Recording light content with a mobile phone at the client’s offices in Madrid or on location as needed.
- Supervising recording actions during larger productions with external teams.
- Leading occasional influencer activations.
- Boosting organic posts with a small paid promotion.
- Tracking metrics and preparing performance reports.
- While not responsible for customer service, it is ideal to know how to engage social profiles with a good eye and appropriate tone.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Community Manager, ideally in a marketing agency managing accounts with end clients.
- Willingness to engage in demanding and impactful projects.
- Consistently positive attitude and good energy; a fun person who starts the day with a smile is highly valued.
- Strong motivation with a “no panic, everything can be solved” mindset, showing proactivity and initiative to overcome challenges with available resources.
- Knowledge of tools such as Notion, Metricool, etc.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- High attention to detail and obsession with quality.

- Permanent contract.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–15:00.
- Flexible start and finish times.
