MISSION is on a path to becoming the world’s leading performance tea company, offering a range of hot and cold brew tea bags, powders, and ready-to-drink cans. We have established a strong reputation in the sports world, with our natural, high-performance teas used by the England rugby, football, and cricket teams, as well as hundreds of professional athletes. Recently, we launched the world’s first 100% natural, sugar-free, sweetener-free energy drink, securing listings in Whole Foods, Holland & Barrett, and Ocado, with further nationwide launches planned. This month, MISSION will become the first tea brand to feature on the side of a Formula One car, following investment from driver Pierre Gasly.
This is a career-defining opportunity. With secured funding from several athletes and experienced FMCG angels, we are accelerating growth and seeking a driven, best-in-class Content Creator to help establish MISSION as a household name.
Role: Content Creator
You will be the full-time content creator, responsible for the entire production process of the brand’s paid and organic social content. A passion for health and wellbeing is essential.
What You’ll Do
- Own the video production process from concept to shoot to final edit for paid and organic social content.
- Create platform-specific content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that drives engagement, brand awareness, and performance, based on team briefs and your own ideas.
- Work closely with ambassadors and influencers, ranging from Olympic athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts, to produce content for MISSION.
- Attend MISSION events (e.g. run clubs, sampling) to shoot and produce compelling video content for all social media channels, both organic and paid.
- Stay up to date with trends in short-form content and contribute fresh ideas.
- Support the wider team at events as needed, including speaking to camera or engaging with customers.
Who You Are
- You have a portfolio and proven experience in capturing and editing videos for social media.
- Proficient in video editing software and apps such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, and able to engage others to appear on camera.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms and content formats.
- Extremely passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition, with these values integrated into your daily life.
- Highly organised and able to deliver results quickly and efficiently.
- A strong communicator and people person, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic about pitching MISSION to new audiences and convincing them of the brand’s value.
- Hardworking, entrepreneurial, and ready to take initiative.
- Willing to work from our London office and be out on the road 4+ days per week.
Salary & Location
£35,000 – £40,000 DOE
Vauxhall office, with one day per week working from home.
