Overview
Bliq is one of the first companies to develop and launch driverless vehicle technology in Europe. This is an exciting and rapidly evolving sector, and we are seeking our first marketing hire to lead and own Bliq’s multichannel content strategy. The go-to-market plan is established; now we need a creative and opinionated individual to make Bliq and driverless technology impossible to ignore and top-of-mind across Europe.
Your Mission
This role offers the potential for significant career growth. You will be responsible for creating and managing Bliq’s content engine with a distinctive voice and high output, driving awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Own Bliq’s content engine across LinkedIn, X, Instagram/TikTok (if relevant), and the company website
- Create a strong, opinionated point of view on driverless cars, urban mobility, and the technology behind it
- Produce content daily/weekly, including posts, threads, short videos, car footage edits, visuals, photo stories, and founder ghostwriting
- Build and maintain a content cadence: develop weekly plans, execute daily, and iterate based on performance
- Assist in planning and organising Bliq’s events, demos, and ride-alongs
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product teams to translate complex technology into clear value propositions
- Work independently, move quickly, and bring creativity, style, and a strong point of view
Your Profile

- You have built, launched, or driven exceptional projects. Provide samples of your work such as a personal portfolio, website, or examples from previous roles (product websites, social channels, reels, posts, images, videos)
- Strong intrinsic motivation with a clear “will-figure-it-out” mindset
- Ability to get things done efficiently without overthinking
- Skilled in writing clean, punchy copy and comfortable being opinionated
- Experience filming on a phone, editing short videos, and creating quick visuals
- Genuine passion for cars, mobility, autonomous vehicles, or technology in general
- Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for aesthetics, including slides, visuals, and storytelling
- Self-starter who takes ownership, brings ideas, and executes without heavy direction
- Demonstrates good taste and judgement in branding, messaging, and visual choices
- Hands-on experience with Canva and Figma, supported by work samples
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing physical or hardware products (automotive experience is a plus)
- German language skills
- Experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineers
