The Advocate Group is proudly representing Monster Energy in the recruitment of a Digital Content & Community Manager, a role covering Sports & Lifestyle across EMEA.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about Sports & Events, looking to build a career across Digital, Social, and community management. The role involves producing content from events, curating championship long storylines, engaging with the community, working on a range of projects, and being involved in some of the best events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage centrally led digital campaigns and activations across EMEA Sports & Lifestyle.
  • Own day-to-day management and scheduling of content across EMEA social channels.
  • Lead proactive community management to foster engagement, brand loyalty, and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with local markets to adapt central campaigns and maximise impact.
  • Act as the key link between Paid Media and Digital teams to optimise paid campaigns.
  • Monitor ambassador and talent activities and assess social impact across the region.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay informed of cultural, sports, and lifestyle trends to generate fresh social-first ideas.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
  • Proven track record in sports, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of action and motorsports culture.
  • Confident in influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC) distribution, and social-first storytelling.
  • Highly analytical with strong ability to assess ROI and campaign performance.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow within a global brand.
  • Able to observe trends, utilise data, and apply test-and-learn approaches to maximise quality, reach, and engagement across all social platforms.
