We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Content Creator to join a busy 4×4 specialist company that manufactures high performance components, works on exceptional vehicles, and competes in races worldwide. This role involves creating inspiring and engaging content across multiple digital platforms to showcase our products, services, racing activities, and team.

Job Description

As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for driving growth across various social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and the company websites. You will collaborate with the Sales team to promote products and concepts by producing eye-catching photos, videos, adverts, and authentic posts that resonate with our audience. The role offers opportunities to travel to race events and shows, becoming part of a dynamic and growing company that values creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the brand’s social and digital media strategies.
• Manage social media platforms to progress organic growth and increase audience engagement.
• Create targeted local content for the dealer network.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies across social media.
• Research new social media trends, platforms, and backend management updates to stay current.
• Provide live social media support at key events and consumer occasions.
• Offer remote social media support for teams in hard-to-reach locations.
• Create ad hoc content for blogs, race decks, brochures, websites, and e-shots.
• Analyse platform analytics and produce reports for management and sponsor commitments.
• Produce interactive race stories for social media and printed materials for sponsors.
• Supply sponsors and partners with media-ready content for their social channels.
• Promote the company’s brand, services, and products across multiple platforms.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be proactive with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow within a social media and marketing career. You should be a team player who contributes positively both in the office and on location, thriving in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Essential skills and experience include:

• A solid understanding of various social media platforms and how to maximise their potential, demonstrated through prior experience or personal social media management.
• Competence in photography and videography, including camera operation for both static and video content.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Ability to access, interpret, and utilise analytics to improve media content and audience engagement.
• A valid driving licence for occasional travel.
