Job Overview

Condé Nast is seeking a Digital Media Strategy Director, who will lead and inspire the Digital Media Strategy team to deliver digital strategy solutions across the Condé Nast portfolio. This role will partner closely with Sales and CNCC departments to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and revenue growth across digital platforms. Acting as a central figure in the commercial organisation, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimisation of complex multi-platform campaigns while driving collaboration and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Digital Media Strategists, ensuring high performance, professional growth and consistency in digital strategy deliveries.
  • Drive strategic alignment between Digital Strategy, Sales, and CNCC teams to ensure cohesive commercial narratives and go-to-market approaches.
  • Partner with Category Leads to identify revenue growth opportunities, define new digital media offerings and optimise digital portfolio performance.
  • Integrate insights, market trends and audience intelligence into campaign strategies.
  • Develop the team in creating media plans, optimise performance results and analyse budget summaries to drive renewal and upsell.
  • Ensure operational excellence through the implementation of best practices, standard workflows and continuous process optimisation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of digital advertising trends (media, data, performance and social) to proactively suggest strategies that elevate client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience of working in a digital and/or multi-media environment.
  • Spanish and English level: C1-C2.
