About The Role

The Marketing team at Revolut focuses on clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. Our Growth team transforms bold ideas into campaigns that engage millions across multiple channels. We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence for Revolut Crypto and Rev X, driving conversations around digital assets, trading, and finance. This role involves creating compelling content that informs, entertains, and sparks discussion within a global crypto audience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing the social media presence for Revolut Crypto and Rev X across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, with a focus on X (Twitter)
  • Creating engaging, social-first content by translating complex crypto topics into clear, compelling stories
  • Supporting product launches, feature releases, and campaigns through impactful social storytelling while monitoring competitor and creator activity
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Copy, and Design teams to plan and execute campaigns, announcements, and content initiatives
  • Monitoring crypto trends, market news, and community sentiment to produce timely and relevant content
  • Actively engaging with the community by responding to comments and messages, joining conversations, and building a loyal following
  • Tracking performance metrics, analysing results, and optimising content strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Contributing reactive and trend-led content ideas by capturing real-time opportunities

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media for fintech, crypto, or Web3 brands
  • A passion for crypto, fintech, digital culture, and Web3 communities, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and compliant content
  • Understanding of social-first content to identify trends, high-performing formats, and engagement drivers
  • Familiarity with X (Twitter) and crypto-native communities
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft short, impactful content aligned with brand tone and native to each platform
  • A curious and proactive mindset, exploring new formats, trends, and opportunities for fresh ideas
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools such as Sprout or Meta Business Manager
  • A data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools to track performance and optimise strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe and Figma
