Main Mission

Define, lead and develop the Social Media, Brand Content and Social Ads strategy of the House, in order to strengthen its reputation, image and engagement, while managing and upskilling the dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Brand Content Strategy
  • Define and deploy the overall social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
  • Build a strong editorial vision consistent with the brand’s DNA
  • Set objectives (awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion) and associated KPIs
  • Ensure active monitoring of social media trends, formats, platforms and competitors
2. Operational Management
  • Supervise editorial calendars and content plans
  • Validate content (editorial, visuals, videos, short formats)
  • Guarantee consistency of tone, image and messaging across all platforms
3. TikTok & Brand Content
  • Lead the TikTok strategy (native content, trends, brand storytelling)
  • Manage the production of brand content (videos, UGC, behind the scenes)
  • Collaborate closely with the influence and Image teams
4. Paid Media & Social Ads
  • Contribute to defining the paid social strategy (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads)
  • Adjust and recommend media plans based on brand key moments, collection launches and organic content performance
  • Recommend formats, messages and creatives to sponsor
  • Analyse campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, engagement) and provide recommendations
  • Ensure strong coherence between organic social, influence and paid media
5. Team Management & Structuring
  • Manage, support and develop the Social Media & Brand Content team’s skills

Candidate Profile

  • Higher education qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
  • Experience in team management
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent mastery of social platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Good understanding of paid media and social ads levers
  • Ability to challenge agencies and analyse paid reporting
  • Strong culture of content, video formats and brand storytelling
  • Ability to structure a strategy and implement it operationally
  • Comfortable with KPIs, analysis tools and reporting
  • Excellent writing skills and strong aesthetic sense
  • Natural leadership and a supportive managerial approach
  • Creative, curious and proactive
  • Organised, rigorous and a proactive contributor
