Overview

STORRD is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to join their hybrid London-based team on a 3-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to shape content strategy and build a vibrant community for a fast-growing grocery challenger brand. The position is full-time, with three days in the London office and a monthly fee of £2,083 (equivalent to a £25k salary).

STORRD is a challenger brand in the UK grocery sector, delivering a premium convenience experience. Their stores offer healthy hot food, fresh roasted coffee, a curated selection of UK challenger brands, food-to-go options, and household essentials. The first store launched in Camden, London, with plans for rapid expansion in 2026 alongside brand growth.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging social media content that reflects STORRD’s brand personality. Responsibilities include content creation, editing, and curation across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. The role involves shooting a variety of content, appearing on camera, and collaborating with influencers and creators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shooting & Editing Content: Lead content development on TikTok and Instagram, collaborating on strategy with the wider team.
  • Community Management: Manage engagement by responding to DMs, comments, and brand queries.
  • Scheduling Content: Plan weekly content calendars and use third-party tools to schedule posts.
  • Influencer Management: Conduct outreach to influencers for campaigns.
  • Events: Support organisation and execution of community events and partnership activations.
  • Marketing Admin: Provide general support across various marketing activities as needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with in-app editing tools (e.g. CapCut).
  • Must have own laptop.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a startup environment.
  • A passion for food and drink is advantageous.

Interview Process
