Job Description

Contract: Full-time
Location: City of London, United Kingdom
Salary: Not Specified
Company: AnalogFolk

Overview

AnalogFolk is looking for a Junior Creative / Content Creator to join its London team, supporting the development of social-first ideas and bringing them to life through hands-on making. This role sits between creative concepting and content production, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing ideas but is equally excited by filming, editing, designing, generating and experimenting with content. You will work across campaigns and day-to-day social content for global brands, helping create work that is culturally relevant, fast-moving and platform-native.

The Role

This is a maker-led creative role for someone with strong instincts for social platforms and a genuine interest in internet culture, creators, trends and online communities. You will contribute to campaign thinking, help shape social-first creative ideas, and produce content yourself across a range of formats and channels. You may come from an art direction, copywriting, film, hybrid creative, brand, studio or creator background. What matters most is that you are proactive, collaborative, and able to turn ideas into strong creative output quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to social-first campaign ideas and day-to-day content for global brands.
  • Work with creatives and creative directors to develop ideas and prepare them for client presentation.
  • Shoot, edit, design, generate, and produce content across multiple formats.
  • Create fast-turnaround social content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Respond to cultural moments and trends with reactive content ideas and execution.
  • Experiment with new creative tools, formats and approaches, including emerging technologies.

Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 1–2 years’ experience in a creative or content role, whether in an agency, studio, brand or creator setting.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and hands-on content production.
  • Confidence shooting and editing content independently.
  • Experience with tools such as Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong instinct for what works across social platforms.
  • Curiosity around culture, creators, trends, internet communities and experimental formats.
  • Collaborative attitude, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning.

Additional Information

  • Applications should include examples of content you have made yourself, such as videos, edits, social posts, creative experiments or personal projects.
  • AnalogFolk welcomes applicants who may not meet every listed requirement but are excited by the work and motivated to learn.
  • Flexibility may be considered where possible.
