Overview
Our client, a successful and fast-growing men’s streetwear fashion house based in central Manchester, is seeking a Junior Social Media Creative Content & Brand Executive. This role offers the opportunity to work with brands stocked by major retailers including JD Sports and Footasylum. The position is available full-time or part-time, depending on the applicant, and is ideal for graduates passionate about social media, fashion, and brand culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Publishing
- Create high-quality, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
- Film, edit, and publish short-form video and static content
- Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand presence
- Tailor content to suit each brand’s tone, audience, and positioning
- Brand Building & Creative Development
- Pitch fresh creative concepts and content ideas
- Stay ahead of trends and apply them in a brand-relevant way
- Help shape and protect brand identity across social channels
- Support launches, drops, and key brand moments
- Influencer & UGC Management
- Identify and outreach to influencers and creators
- Build and manage creator relationships
- Source, brief, and organise user-generated content (UGC) for organic and paid use
- Track performance and feedback to optimise future collaborations
- Community & Growth
- Support engagement across comments and direct messages
- Help grow followers and brand awareness organically
- Assist with brand collaborations and partnerships
Person Specification
You will need to be:
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated
- Genuinely passionate about fashion, lifestyle and social media
- Comfortable on camera and working with creators
- Deeply plugged into Instagram and TikTok culture
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Ambitious, driven, and hungry to build a long-term career
Desirable but not essential:
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Experience creating content for brands or personal platforms
- Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC
- Awareness of how organic content supports paid campaigns
