Position: Junior Social Media Manager
For all Junior Social Media Manager positions, we offer a paid internship or collaboration contract (€1,000 per month) with the aim of securing a permanent role. You will have the opportunity to grow exponentially through on-the-job training, work fully remotely for as long as you wish, and we will provide you with a state-of-the-art MacBook.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and attract our target audience.
- Learn to strategically use various platforms: Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads.
- Participate in content creation such as posts, images, videos, and stories for our social channels.
- Explore your creativity and learn to adapt content to each platform.
- Manage publications and editorial calendar:
- Plan and schedule posts alongside the Social Media Manager to ensure a consistent and coherent presence.
- Learn to use management tools and follow an effective editorial calendar.
- Community interaction:
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, questions, and messages.
- Develop skills to handle both positive and negative feedback, contributing to building strong user relationships.
- Monitor social media metrics:
- Work with the Data Analyst to analyse metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Learn to use analysis tools to optimise results.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners:
- Participate in the search, selection, and management of influencers for strategic collaborations.
- Learn to negotiate and establish beneficial relationships to expand brand reach.
- Research trends:
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and help maintain our online presence at the forefront.

Contract and Remuneration
- All Social Media Manager positions offer a 6-month internship contract with a salary of €1,000 per month, aiming for a permanent contract.
- Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, with remuneration increasing rapidly as you gain experience and deliver greater impact.
Selection Process
- CV Review: The first step is a CV review, usually within 20 days of application.
- Telephone Interview: The second step includes a 15-minute telephone interview with our HR Manager.
- Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
