Overview
We are seeking a Lead Social Creative to join a growing social media agency based in Paris. The agency supports clients across strategy, production, and influence, working with notable brands such as RedBull, Meetic, and Instagram. This permanent position offers a salary range of €45,000 to €55,000.
Role Context
In a phase of growth, the agency is looking to recruit a Lead Social Creative to manage its team of creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Management:
- Support and guide two junior social creatives by analysing and adjusting their creative work on a daily basis.
- Ensure monitoring and reporting of social creatives to the Creative Director.
- Creation:
- Design brand campaigns and social activations from brief reception to client presentation, including idea generation, storytelling deployment, and concept embodiment.
- Monitor and analyse social media trends, sourcing current news and identifying the best opportunities to adapt for client brands.
- Creatively manage the agency’s brand social networks by developing concepts and writing digital content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitch.
- Development:
- Propose improvement initiatives to the Creative Director.
- Identify creative opportunities for agency clients.
- Provide creative input during weekly and monthly client meetings.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years’ experience in creative, communication, or social media agencies.
- At least one year of management experience.
- Strong mastery of agency creative processes.
- Highly creative with a constant flow of ideas, inspired by consumed content.
- Comfortable developing concepts across diverse sectors including entertainment, institutional, and FMCG.
- Awareness of strategic brand challenges.
- Creative mindset with boldness; committed to producing campaigns and content that resonate.
- Team player, open to feedback, collaborative, and adaptable to project constraints.
- Skilled in structuring and presenting ideas with appropriate storytelling.
- Organised to deliver ideas on time while maintaining communication with other teams.
- Highly active on social networks (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch) with strong trend awareness.
- Good written and spoken English proficiency.
