The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We are seeking a Client Analytics Partnership Lead with deep media and adtech expertise to join our Data & Analytics team. This role will lead strategic analytics and insights for Holdco partnerships across the EMEA region. It is a highly client-facing and relationship-driven position, acting as a strategic partner by participating in discovery workshops, uncovering business goals, and collaborating cross-functionally to design data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

This role is based in EMEA, representing StackAdapt in key stakeholder discussions and delivering impactful insights narratives that bridge business objectives and media performance. You will report to the Senior Manager, Client Analytics Partner, and work closely with Solutions, Sales, and Client Services teams to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership & Strategy
    • Act as a trusted analytics partner to Holdcos, independent agencies and direct clients across EMEA.
    • Participate in discovery and strategy workshops to understand business goals, media strategy, and success metrics.
    • Represent StackAdapt onsite and in key client meetings, delivering clear, data-backed insights narratives that connect media performance to business outcomes.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Leverage platform data, measurement solutions, and analytics tools to generate actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
    • Develop insight frameworks and data storytelling that elevate how clients use data to inform media decisions.
    • Support test-and-learn initiatives, helping clients structure learning agendas and interpret performance trends.
  • Adtech & Solutions Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Solutions and Product teams to identify and define analytics or measurement enhancements that address client gaps.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the media and adtech ecosystem to contextualise insights and inform the evolution of analytics and measurement solutions.
  • Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as measurement & attribution solutions, client media strategy & activation, and reporting automation, ensuring high-quality delivery within fast-moving timelines.
    • Collaborate across departments to develop best practices, thought leadership content, and enablement materials for internal and external use.

Candidate Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong background in programmatic media, campaign measurement, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven experience working within or directly partnering with media holding companies (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas) or large global agencies, with an understanding of their structure, capabilities, and client servicing nuances.
  • Background in multi-channel marketing, including email and offline media, is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, particularly within large agency or Holdco environments.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, with experience crafting data-driven narratives for executive audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or strategic client initiatives, managing multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and marketing decision makers.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, or advanced Excel.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
