Job Description

Contract: Full-time
Location: City of London, United Kingdom
Salary: Not Specified
Company: SheMed

Overview

SheMed is a female-founded, female-focused health company transforming how women access care. In under a year, we have become the fastest-growing GLP-1 programme in the UK, backed by $50M Series A funding, unicorn status, and recognition as Highly Commended in the Lloyds Bank British Business Excellence Awards.

We are proud winners of the Best Small Employer category at the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2025, reflecting our commitment to creating an empowering, inclusive workplace for women in health and technology.

Paid media is a key growth lever for the SheMed programme, with significant investment in Google, Meta, and other paid platforms to drive awareness and acquisition.

We are seeking a Paid Media Assistant/Analyst to support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our paid media channels. This role involves managing campaigns, analysing performance, and contributing ideas to improve results, working closely with the marketing and wider SheMed teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is curious about digital advertising and eager to develop strong skills in performance marketing.

This is an office-based role located in Euston, London. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

What You Will Work On

  • Campaign Management – Assist with the setup and management of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid channels. Support keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign structure.
  • Performance Analysis – Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Track key performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, and volume, and help prepare performance reports.
  • Testing & Optimisation – Support testing of new keywords, ad copy, and targeting strategies, and help run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative & Marketing Ideas – Contribute ideas for new ad concepts, messaging, and campaigns, and work with the team to test different approaches to attracting new customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, analytics, or a related field (this is an entry-level role; training will be provided)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyse performance metrics
  • Curious and proactive, with a desire to test ideas and continuously improve results
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinker who enjoys developing new marketing ideas and approaches
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning quickly

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital marketing tools

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven team focused on closing the women’s health gap
  • Competitive salary: £30,000 to £45,000
  • An environment with modern tooling, minimal tech debt, and fast feedback loops
  • 25 days holiday
  • Breakfast and all-day snacks
  • Monthly socials and dress-up days
  • Health care Cash Plan including physio, digital clinical appointments, and wellbeing support for you, your partner, and children
  • Life insurance cover of 4x salary
  • Pension contribution matched up to 5%
  • Cycle to work scheme

Please note that offers of employment are subject to receipt of satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
