Paid Social Manager
Job Description
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Hybrid – 2 days in Chester office (Monday & Friday), 3 days WFH
About the Role:
A rapidly growing Chester-based digital agency is seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and optimise multi-platform campaigns for a diverse roster of eCommerce and startup clients. You’ll own strategy, performance, and client relationships—driving measurable growth and collaborating with internal teams to broaden service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Build and maintain strong, growth-focused client relationships
- Provide timely reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
- Identify risks and opportunities, proactively adjusting tactics for maximum ROI
- Work cross-functionally to expand client services beyond paid social
- Stay current with paid social and broader digital-marketing trends
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years’ hands-on paid social experience—agency background preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results
- Expertise with Meta Ads Manager and other major paid-social platforms
- Analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational and client-facing communication abilities
