Overview
Soar With Us is seeking a Paid Social Manager to drive new customer growth through paid advertising for our e-commerce clients. This role involves managing high-spending Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, developing acquisition strategies, and working closely with the Head of Paid Social. The position offers flexible working options including remote, hybrid, and office-based at our Leeds head office.

- Compensation: £30,000 – £40,000 + Audit Bonus Scheme + 26 Days Paid Holiday

In 2023, we managed over £50 million in Meta and TikTok ad spend profitably for clients including The Essence Vault, Art of Football, Bee Inspired, and others.
In 2023, we have been evolving our organisational structure, recruitment processes, and sales funnels to support the next stage of growth. The Head of Paid Social will oversee a team of Paid Social Managers, ensuring growth in acquisition efforts across Meta and TikTok channels.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will manage multiple clients across various niches, helping brands achieve and exceed their growth goals. You will have autonomy in formulating acquisition strategies using Meta and TikTok advertising, managing budgets that can exceed £200k per month. Utilising analytical tools such as Shopify reports, Triple Whale, and Motion, you will ensure all decisions are data-driven and aligned with client targets including CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend.

Main Accountabilities
- Ensure success for a diverse portfolio of e-commerce clients across multiple niches, delivering results under pressure to maintain client retention.
- Strategise, build, and execute high-spending Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, sometimes managing daily spends over £2,000 per client.
- Maintain and grow a diverse client portfolio.
- Communicate regularly with clients via Slack and Google Meet.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Acquisition to align on activity and progress, demonstrating potential for Senior Paid Social Manager responsibilities.
- Provide expertise on e-commerce best practices including paid ads, retention strategies, creative optimisation, CRO, landing pages, product strategy, Shopify, and analytical tools.
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce trends through training and research.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate across the company.
- Adopt the client’s perspective in all decision-making.
Success Milestones
Within 6 Months- Consistently deliver strong performance across your client base, increasing ad spend and month-on-month revenue while maintaining profit margins.
- Demonstrate leadership by challenging existing processes and contributing new ideas weekly.
- Gain recognition from senior management for outstanding performance.
- Establish an excellent track record of driving client results, transforming brands and client outcomes.
- Manage high-value clients confidently, with management entrusting you with major accounts.
- Take on Senior Paid Social Manager responsibilities including training and mentoring junior team members.
- Progress to Senior Paid Social Manager and be on track for management roles.
- Build a strong reputation within the e-commerce industry.
- Implement new processes or technologies that improve company operations.
- Contribute significantly to upskilling the Paid Social team to handle large clients effectively.

- Broad understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations and advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale is essential.
- Excellent research skills to quickly adapt to different clients and industries.
