Overview
Dollce Brands is one of the UK’s fastest-growing beauty and wellness groups, home to Dollce Doll (B2B eyelash extensions), Dollce Glow (D2C skincare) and Clean Supplements UK (D2C wellness). We are seeking a high-performance Paid Social Manager to take full control of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, scaling revenue across multiple e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience at a paid social agency, a 7–8 figure DTC brand, or a performance-led e-commerce team who desire full ownership of paid media, analytics, and funnel optimisation. Ambitious, analytical professionals passionate about scaling profitable paid ads will thrive in this position.
Your Responsibilities
Paid Social – Meta Ads & TikTok Ads (Primary Focus)- Build, optimise and scale Meta Ads and TikTok Ads across three e-commerce brands
- Launch full-funnel campaigns: Top of Funnel (TOF), Middle of Funnel (MOF), Bottom of Funnel (BOF)
- Test creatives, formats, hooks, UGC variations and angles
- Scale budgets safely while maintaining CAC targets, NC-ROAS, eROAS and MER goals
- Build structured A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate closely with content creators for ad-ready UGC
- Utilise Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify Analytics, GA4 and Looker Studio
- Analyse ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, cohort data and retention metrics
- Build weekly performance dashboards
- Diagnose revenue leaks and drop-off points
- Identify high-performing products, audiences and creative types
- Present insights and actionable next steps to the founder weekly
- Analyse funnel performance from landing pages through to conversion
- Identify customer drop-off points and suggest improvements
- Execute CRO improvements and build landing pages using PageFly, GemPages or Shogun
- Run iterative A/B tests
- Improve product detail pages (PDPs), collection structure and mobile user experience
- Enhance abandoned cart performance and checkout flow
- Develop acquisition strategies for each brand
- Align email, retention and advertising efforts with the Marketing Manager
- Advise on creative testing frameworks
- Build predictable, data-driven growth systems
- Work directly with the founder to scale revenue across all brands

- Scaled paid social campaigns across all brands
- Improved sitewide conversion rates
- Created predictable, profitable acquisition channels
- Increased Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) and overall ad efficiency
- Built out a comprehensive performance dashboard
- Made a measurable impact on multi-brand revenue
- Become a core growth driver within the business
Experience & Skills Needed
- 1–3 years paid social experience in e-commerce (agency or brand)
- Proven results running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads at scale
- Experience with Triple Whale and Motion (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo and online buyer psychology
- Ability to build landing pages and run CRO tests
- Confident analysing deep data sets
- Experience scaling DTC or B2B e-commerce brands
- Hungry, ambitious with an ownership mindset
- Aspirations to grow into a Head of Growth role
