We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to join a long-established media organisation based in London, offering a hybrid working model (4 days in the office). The role is salaried at £40,000 and presents an exciting opportunity to lead paid social campaigns within innovative social-first publishing ventures targeting digital native audiences.

About the Role

This position sits at the heart of the operation, owning the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. You will translate objectives into effective paid strategies, launch and manage campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and ensure budgets, targeting, and timelines deliver meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Translate business objectives into smart, data-driven paid social strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time, identifying optimisation opportunities and troubleshooting issues.
  • Produce clear and engaging reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Use post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies and improvements.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, emerging formats, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and editorial teams to maximise campaign impact.

Person Specification

  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain performance clearly and calmly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient with tools such as Ads Manager, analytics platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Genuine passion for social media and a growth mindset.
