Role: Senior Social Media Analyst (H/F)

Responsibilities

As part of the Data & Insights team, consisting of around ten members, you will have the opportunity to work on institutional and major corporate accounts. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a major account with essential service operators: managing client relationships, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and overseeing project follow-up. You will manage the teams on the account, ensuring operational management and skills development. Presence at the client’s site in Paris is required at least one day per week.
  • Acting as the e-reputation monitoring expert within the team: contributing to the upskilling of colleagues by sharing practical cases and methodologies.
  • Implementing social media listening setups: creating corpora, dashboards, and alerts using various social listening tools (Talkwalker, Visibrain, Radarly, etc.).
  • Conducting regular e-reputation monitoring for clients, providing synthesis with accuracy and impact, advising clients, and offering recommendations on crisis-related topics.
  • Independently analysing quantitative and qualitative data to provide a clear overview of clients’ reputations.
  • Creating influence maps (key emitters and topics).
  • Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and continuously seeking innovations in methodology, tools, and presentation formats.
  • Collaborating with other agency departments (strategic planning, consulting) for deliverables related to activations and pitches (conversational audits, social media performance analysis, audience analysis).

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, economic intelligence studies, or communication school specialising in Marketing, Communication, or Digital.
  • At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in social media e-reputation monitoring and/or data/insights analysis. Agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with large data sets.
  • Ability to persuade and advise through report presentations.
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Curious, organised, proactive, and responsive.
  • Team player who values collective strength.

Contractual Information
