  • Close collaboration with key media partners to develop and execute learning agendas aligned with business objectives.
  • Generation of content insights to enable brands to develop relevant, resonant, and truly unmissable ads across media platforms.

As brands increase investment in digital, mobile, and video, the role requires understanding how to measure new and emerging media platforms, their role within the media mix, and their impact on brand measures and ROI. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal Media business partners, external Media agency partners, and internal CMI teams on communications planning, research agendas, and measurement solutions.

This position offers significant senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to pilot new media and content innovations within a fast-evolving media landscape.

  • Develop learning and thought leadership on effective media practices and partner with Analytics to understand category ROI drivers.
  • Collaborate with media agencies and teams to understand global campaign and brand performance drivers.
  • Work with the People Data Centre to analyse social listening and influencer impact.
  • Lead strategic global projects within Brand Engagement, including Meta learnings on precision marketing, gaming insights, TikTok, and more.
