The Senior Content Executive will play a key role in bridging the gap between the consultancy team and the in-house creative studio, ensuring ideas translate seamlessly from concept to final execution.
The focus is on creating short-form, social-first content for a blend of consumer and corporate clients, bringing stories to life through bold visuals, sharp copy, and strong creative instinct.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver creative, social-first content across multiple platforms.
- Support and manage on-site shoot days, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on brand.
- Create engaging copy for campaigns, social posts, and marketing materials.
- Edit and repurpose content using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support both corporate and consumer accounts, adapting tone and storytelling to suit each audience.
- Communicate with clients regarding content amends, approvals, and feedback.
- Bridge communication between the consultancy and in-house creative studio to ensure alignment and quality.
- Lead on social campaign content creation for selected clients, from concept to delivery.
- Contribute fresh ideas to campaign strategy and creative planning sessions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel regularly for shoots across the UK, with the possibility of international travel to support global clients.
About You
- A creative storyteller passionate about producing content that connects and inspires.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving, dynamic team.
- Comfortable travelling for shoots and representing the consultancy on-site.
- Skilled in short-form video, social-first content, and copywriting.
- Strong attention to detail, visual eye, and understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop (Adobe Suite experience ideal).
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a content role within an agency or consultancy setting.
- Experience managing multiple clients or sectors simultaneously.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial content work (video, social, or campaign-based).
What You’ll Get
- Opportunity to work with major global brands across a diverse client base.
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Possibility to travel internationally with the team.
- Great location – well connected to major transportation hubs.
- A collaborative, social, and supportive culture that values creativity and innovation.
- Genuine scope for career growth and internal progression within a fast-expanding consultancy.
- Exposure to both strategic and creative disciplines, working alongside top industry professionals.
