Overview

As the operator of the world’s largest independent consumer review platform, we are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Content Strategist, Creative Studio to shape how we tell the Trustpilot story across the entire customer journey, from consumers to businesses. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution, working at the intersection of brand, product, and performance marketing to create high-impact, insight-driven content for global audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own a unified global content strategy across B2B and B2C, including long-form business guides, SEO-driven web pages, and editorial content that supports consumers throughout their product journey.
- Collaborate with content team members to ensure all copy meets the highest standards for clarity, tone, and strategic alignment.
- Manage a hybrid content ecosystem of in-house creators, agencies, freelancers, and AI tools, balancing quality with scale to meet evolving marketing needs.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Social, Analytics, and PR teams to deliver content aligned with business goals and campaign priorities.
- Lead and develop our AEO/SEO strategy in partnership with web and digital teams to increase organic visibility and content discoverability.
- Experiment with new content formats such as video, podcasts, interactive tools, and AI-generated content to enhance reach, engagement, and innovation.
- Use performance insights from tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to optimise content effectiveness and maximise impact.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles, ideally with a mix of B2B and B2C.
- A positive, collaborative team player who approaches challenges with curiosity and quickly masters new systems and strategies.
- A strong storyteller and editor with a keen eye for clarity, tone, and audience value.
- Experienced in building and scaling content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Skilled in leading multi-channel content programmes involving distributed teams, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Confident in integrating content and SEO, using analytics tools to optimise performance.
- Familiar with CMS platforms, content workflows, and AI tools that support scalable content delivery.
- Curious, collaborative, and results-focused, always seeking new ways to connect content to company goals.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-led organisations is advantageous.
