Having grown rapidly from a small team to over 180 employees and backed by Sequoia, VEED is seeking a Senior Manager, Social & Content to lead its social and content strategy and help shape the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.

Where and How We Work

VEED operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to balance work and life effectively. For team members based in London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona, the expectation is to spend three days a week in the office during the first six months, followed by one day a week thereafter, with flexibility on the chosen day.

About the Team

The Senior Manager, Social & Content will own the full social and content strategy, including copywriting, social strategy, and organic creator content. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how an AI-first video brand communicates across millions of feeds. The successful candidate will lead a team comprising a Social Growth Strategist, Community Manager, and organic social creators, collaborating closely with product, marketing, growth, and design teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own VEED’s social strategy end-to-end: set the vision, build the playbook, and drive measurable growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Lead AI-first, product-led social content that transforms VEED features into engaging moments to spark discovery and usage within the target audience and wider AI/tech community.
• Design repeatable content series and launch frameworks connecting social to product moments, demand generation, and community growth.
• Stay informed on platform trends and cultural shifts; move quickly to test, learn, and adapt.
• Set KPIs, track performance rigorously, and translate data into actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain VEED’s messaging framework and core content pillars.
• Own website copy, ensuring clarity, conversion optimisation, and brand consistency.
• Write and oversee scripts, ad copy, and landing pages that guide users through the funnel.
• Create case studies, one-pagers, blogs, and other content that effectively communicates VEED’s value.
• Partner with product marketing on in-product messaging and feature launch copy.

• Lead and develop a team including a Social Growth Strategist, Community Manager, and internal and external creators.
• Establish workflows, briefs, and production standards that scale efficiently without compromising quality or speed.
• Collaborate with Influencer Marketing and Paid Social teams to amplify reach and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high creative standards, pushing for sharper copy, stronger concepts, and superior craft.

What You Bring

• Proven experience driving product-led social growth rather than just brand awareness.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics, identify trends early, and act swiftly.
• Strong awareness of cultural shifts and AI innovation, with the ability to translate these into impactful content.
• Excellent copywriting skills across formats including homepage, email, ads, and case studies.
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for design and voice, consistently producing scroll-stopping content.
• Experience building scalable content systems and launch frameworks.
• Track record of building an audience or network with credibility in the relevant space.
• Experience managing creators, partners, and external collaborators to a high standard.
• Desirable: Comfortable appearing on camera.
