Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid – Salford, Greater Manchester (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Social professional to deliver high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms. As Senior Paid Media Executive, you will optimise daily performance, contribute to creative development, and provide insights to help drive exceptional client results. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic input, offering the chance to work on varied, impactful campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute, monitor, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, and real-time bidding adjustments
- Analyse performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM) to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to brief and refine assets in line with platform best practices
- Support client reporting, translating data into meaningful narratives and presenting results with clarity
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions and cross-functional campaign delivery
What You’ll Bring:
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of key metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Google Analytics
- Confident communication skills, with a focus on clear and accurate reporting
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Track record of building strong relationships across teams and with external partners
- Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
