The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our expanding team in Leeds. You’ll play a key role in executing and optimising PPC, Paid Social, and Display campaigns for some of the UK’s most ambitious brands. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Paid Media team in delivering best-in-class PPC, Paid Social, and Display campaigns across multiple clients and sectors.
- Execute campaign tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, following team best practices and processes.
- Create PPC ad copy and social ad mockups tailored to specific audience segments.
- Perform daily budget and performance checks to ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively.
- Analyse campaign data and performance metrics, identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Assist in the delivery of client performance reports and insights to senior team members.
- Participate in client calls and meetings, contributing insights and progress updates when required.
- Track deliverables and priorities through project management systems to maintain clear accountability and workflow.
- Attend supplier meetings and industry events to enhance understanding of the evolving paid media landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and platform updates across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging ad channels.
About You
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Paid Media role across PPC, Paid Social, or Display.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a drive to expand your expertise across multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and data analysis.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborative and proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
