Senior Paid Media Manager

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Hybrid – Salford, Greater Manchester (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced paid media professional to lead strategy, drive campaign performance, and manage a high-performing team. This role oversees large-scale paid social campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, data, and client teams to deliver world-class results across multiple platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and lead paid social strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and performance
- Oversee planning, setup, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple social platforms
- Analyse campaign data using ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion tracking to generate insights
- Lead client communication, presenting results and actionable recommendations with clarity and confidence
- Partner with creative teams to brief and refine high-performing ad assets
- Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering growth and learning
- Drive innovation by testing new formats, tools, and features across platforms
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, pacing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing large paid social budgets and strategies
- Deep understanding of platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others
- Experience with cross-channel attribution, GA4, UTM tracking, and analytics platforms
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring in an agency or fast-paced setting
- Advanced analytical ability to turn complex data into clear insights
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness
