Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to develop and implement strategic social media campaigns, manage projects, and act as a key liaison between creativity, strategy, and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital brand communication and contribute your expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Social Media Planning: Develop long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Project Management: Independently plan, execute, and monitor projects in content, community, and paid media.
- Interface Management: Coordinate and align with internal teams and external partners for efficient campaign implementation.
- Client Consulting & Stakeholder Communication: Provide strategic advice, manage expectations, and develop suitable offers in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Evaluate campaigns, identify optimisation potential, and derive data-driven recommendations.
- Trend & Innovation Monitoring: Observe relevant social media trends and continuously develop the channels.
Candidate Profile
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid ads, and multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong project management skills: ability to bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and strategic thinking: early identification of trends and development of innovative concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and diplomacy: able to convince stakeholders and teams alike and work solution-oriented.
- Fluent German language skills (minimum C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on mentality and initiative: works independently, proactively, and drives topics forward.
- Advantageous: previous experience in social media agencies.
