Job Description

Contract: Full-time
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
Salary: Not Specified
Company: Connective 3

Overview

Connective3 is a high-performance digital marketing agency that blends creativity, data, and precision to deliver work that inspires and performs. We redefine what social performance means — combining storytelling and analytics to help some of the UK’s most ambitious brands build communities, drive measurable results, and push the boundaries of what social media can achieve.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Social Manager to take ownership of key client accounts and deliver stand-out, performance-driven social campaigns from end to end. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and data — where insight meets execution and ideas turn into impact.

You’ll lead accounts strategically and operationally, managing everything from planning and execution to team coordination and results delivery. Working cross-functionally with SEO, PR, Creative, and Measurement teams, you’ll ensure that every campaign is insight-led, culturally relevant, and achieves real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage key social and influencer accounts, ensuring all work is strategically aligned, creatively ambitious, and flawlessly executed.
  • Develop and implement insight-led social strategies that support client goals and Connective3’s performance framework.
  • Oversee project workflows, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with SEO teams to plan social-first content calendars that maximise reach and search visibility.
  • Partner with the PR team to connect campaigns across earned, owned, and influencer channels for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with the Effectiveness and Measurement team to define KPIs, analyse performance, and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Lead client communication, confidently presenting ideas, managing feedback, and maintaining trusted relationships.
  • Integrate social thinking across campaigns by collaborating with internal specialists in Creative, Paid Media, Influencer, and PR.
  • Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and creative testing.
  • Support the Head of Social & Influencers in evolving how Connective3 delivers cutting-edge social work.

About You

  • Proven experience running social and influencer accounts within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of social strategy, influencer marketing, and platform best practices.
  • Experience translating data and insights into creative direction and actionable strategy.
  • Knowledge of social SEO and evolving content discovery trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including PR, SEO, and Creative.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven, ensuring all projects stay on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • A passionate, curious mind that thrives on innovation, culture, and creativity.

What Success Looks Like

  • Flawless campaign delivery — on time, on budget, and above expectation.
  • High-performing social campaigns with measurable results across brand and performance metrics.
  • Strong collaboration and alignment between social, SEO, PR, and creative teams.
  • Trusted relationships with clients who see Connective3 as a strategic, insight-led partner.
  • Ongoing innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven social strategy.
