They are expanding their offering both in terms of category and market and are now looking for a Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager to shape strategy and drive measurable commercial success.
The Role
- Be the strategic social media and influencer lead, balancing performance and brand building.
- Ownership of a significant social and influencer budget, optimising spend to maximise ROI.
- Build, manage and develop a high performing in-house social media team and manage relationships with third party suppliers.
- Maintain the highest standards of content quality and execution, ensuring tone of voice consistency.
- Build, lead and optimise a best-in-class influencer programme.
- Own influencer commercial negotiation, approval and performance.
- Own and report on all social and influencer KPIs, developing a sophisticated reporting framework.
- Embed a test and learn culture within your team to improve performance.
- Partner with colleagues in paid media to align on organic and paid strategy and journey optimisation.
- Oversee community marketing strategy, setting the standard of response.
- Have a keen eye on emerging trends, platform innovation and industry best practices.
