The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-performing content, a sharp eye for social trends, and the ability to translate brand messaging into engaging, platform-native storytelling.

  • Identify emerging trends, formats, and pop cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Monitor competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Support briefing and coordination of content shoots and creators.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of content creation, from concept through to publishing.
  • Oversee social styling and provide creative social direction where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (graphics, e-commerce, and marketing) to ensure cohesive brand output.
  • Upload, schedule, and format Instagram posts and Reels.
  • Track performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Test and iterate content formats based on previous learnings.
  • Partner with the TikTok team to maintain consistency across platforms where necessary.
  • Support wider social moments, influencer campaigns, and brand-led content days.
  • Contribute ideas across broader social strategy and campaign development.

About You

  • 2–3+ years experience in a social media role, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and other social channels such as Pinterest.
  • Confident video editor using mobile-first tools such as CapCut, InShot, and Photoshop.
  • Creative thinker with demonstrable examples of high-performing content.
  • Exceptional trend-spotting ability and awareness of cultural shifts.
  • Strong eye for visual detail and styling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
