Red Interactive, part of Super Group, a NYSE-listed digital gaming company, is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing department. Reporting to the Head of Social & Paid Social, this role will be pivotal in executing Betway UK’s social media strategy across multiple brands, driving engagement, acquisition, and retention through compelling content and campaigns.

The Senior Social Media Specialist will lead Betway UK’s social media presence, working across sports and casino verticals, collaborating with global ambassadors and partners, and ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership across all social media platforms.
• Implement the global social media strategy for sports and casino verticals.
• Assist the Head of Social in expanding Super Group’s social ecosystem.
• Align content and campaigns with broader marketing goals and brand positioning.
• Manage content and campaigns using productivity tools for timely, engaging delivery.
• Support boosting and paid campaigns to meet business objectives and KPIs.
• Curate and schedule high-impact content across Meta, Snapchat, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with design and social media teams to produce multimedia assets.
• Lead real-time and reactive coverage of major sporting events and cultural moments.
• Manage community engagement with a ‘fan-first’ approach, working closely with Customer Service.
• Collect and analyse performance data to optimise strategy and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global teams including Marketing, Digital, Social Media, and Sponsorship.
• Ensure all output complies with UK Gambling Commission and responsible gaming standards.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies and liaise with influencers, partners, and agencies.
• Maintain brand values, tone of voice, and consistency across all social media channels.
• Uphold and protect Betway’s brand integrity at all times.
• Curate and lead social activations around key events.

• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies.
