Overview
This is an early-career role ideal for someone passionate about content creation, familiar with current trends, and eager to develop quickly. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, using content calendars and brand guidelines to direct your shoots, while contributing your own ideas and creativity to daily content production.
Confidence in working with surgeons and clinical teams is essential, as you will take charge during filming sessions to ensure high-quality content is captured efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation- Capture high-quality video and photography across clinical, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes settings.
- Film surgeon-led content, patient stories (with consent), treatment explanations and social-friendly clips — confidently directing surgeons and clinical teams to ensure strong, professional footage.
- Take control during filming sessions: setting up shots, requesting retakes, guiding angles and ensuring content is consistent with brand direction.
- Follow content calendars and brand guidelines provided by the marketing team.
- Suggest new formats, trends, hooks and styles to keep content current and competitive.
- Manage and organise content so it can be easily accessed by the wider marketing team.
- Help manage multiple brand accounts, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
- Assist with scheduling content across platforms using tools such as Meta Business Suite.
- Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Track basic performance metrics and share simple insights with the marketing team.
- Work closely with the marketing team on weekly and monthly campaigns.
- Coordinate with surgeons, clinic managers and frontline teams to plan filming sessions and gather content efficiently.
- Attend clinics, events and patient appointments when required to gather content.
- Represent the brand professionally in clinical settings.
- Ensure all content meets strict consent, safeguarding and compliance standards.
- Manage secure storage of content and adhere to brand and clinical protocols.
- Maintain professionalism when filming sensitive procedures or consultations.
Skills & Experience
Essential- Strong interest in content creation, social media and short-form storytelling.
- Confident filming and taking initiative to lead filming sessions, including giving clear direction when needed.
- Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar).
- Understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, hooks, sounds and formats.
- Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to approach surgeons, clinicians and staff professionally.
- Comfortable working in clinical environments, respecting professionalism and patient comfort.
- Full driving licence and able to travel regularly between Rochdale and Wythenshawe.
- Experience managing or contributing to brand social pages.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Experience in beauty, healthcare, aesthetics or lifestyle content.
- A portfolio, TikTok account, Instagram page or examples of previous content.

Pay: £24,420.00 – £30,000.00 per year
