Social Creative Director (teamlead)

Your Responsibilities

• You will take on the professional and organisational leadership of a team comprising Social Media Managers and Social Creative Directors, responsible for the ongoing management and support of vertical (9:16) social media channels for our retainer clients, focusing primarily on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• You will ensure that content is strategically planned, produced to a high quality, and delivered on schedule, acting as the final quality, tone, and target achievement control point.
• You will develop editorial processes further, coordinate your team, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• You will be the primary contact for clients regarding regular communication and provide strategic input on content distribution, community engagement, and performance optimisation with a vertical content focus.
• You will think cross-channel, integrating strategy, paid media, influencer marketing, and content creation to make social media a genuine brand enhancer.

Your Profile

• You have professional experience in social media or content marketing, ideally with a focus on TikTok, and have led or managed teams.
• The TikTok For You Page is your second home – you know exactly how to produce native, platform-appropriate content for TikTok.
• You possess a deep understanding of social media channels, editorial workflows, and community dynamics, with a particular focus on vertical (9:16) content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• You work in a structured manner, identify optimisation potential, and maintain a high quality standard for editorial processes and content.
• You inspire your team, provide guidance, and ensure continuous development both professionally and personally.
• You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
