Social-first Creative (brand & Performance)

Join Verve and help build the future of supplements. This hands-on, video-first role is based in Wilmslow, just a 25-minute commute from Manchester Piccadilly. You will be responsible for social-first storytelling, combining personality and execution to create engaging short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Our Story

Verve was founded in Manchester in 2023 by Oliver Cookson, the founder of MyProtein. Frustrated by hidden ingredients, low dosages, and cheap fillers in existing supplements, Oliver started making his own greens drink at home—not to sell, but to trust what he was consuming. Encouraged by a friend to sell the product, Verve was born.

Today, Verve offers a growing range of clearly labelled products designed to help people feel better every day, supporting more energy, better sleep, less stress, and healthier ageing. Our community knows exactly what they are putting into their bodies and why. We are built for The Everyday Athlete: busy individuals who train, run, lift, and take their health seriously without taking themselves too seriously.

Where You Come In

We are expanding rapidly and seeking a creative, video-led thinker to join our team. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Creative Lead, embedded in the day-to-day operations of the brand, and involved in shaping how Verve presents itself across social media.

You will be primarily based in our Wilmslow office, with regular travel to Manchester city centre for shoots, events, and brand moments. You will capture content as it happens and stay close to the action as the brand grows. This role offers flexibility and influence in how Verve’s products and story are communicated visually, creatively, and commercially. As Verve grows, so will this role.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form video content for social media, advertisements, and campaigns
• Film, edit, and design content that brings products, ideas, and moments to life
• Regularly appear on camera, featuring in and leading short-form content alongside the wider team
• Turn creative ideas into content that performs effectively
• Test, learn, and iterate using performance data to guide creative decisions
• Support wider brand and marketing campaigns with strong visual thinking

Skills & Experience

• Strong creative background, supported by relevant education or experience working on real-world content and campaigns
• Proficient short-form video editing skills, with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics, text, and basic animation
• Confident filming skills using iPhone or camera, both behind and in front of the lens
• Solid understanding of social-first video formats and storytelling, supported by examples or a portfolio
• Ability to work quickly, edit efficiently, and iterate based on performance insights
