This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary of £50,000 – £70,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of social media strategy across a varied portfolio of dynamic client accounts
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of Social Media Managers and Executives
- Partner closely with clients to shape strategic direction, provide insight, and deliver tangible results
- Oversee content creation and engagement strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms
- Report on performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and creative development
- Ensure social activity aligns seamlessly with broader digital marketing efforts, including Paid Media, SEO and Influencer Marketing
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in a digital agency, delivering social campaigns at a senior level
- Strong team leadership skills, with a track record of developing talent
- Deep understanding of social trends, creative storytelling, and platform innovation
- Excellent communication and client management skills, including presenting at senior level
- Passionate about creating impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth
