Overview

We’re hiring a Social Media Account Manager to join our growing creative agency, specializing in B2C clients within the hospitality and events sector. If you are a social media pro who loves bringing bars, restaurants, hotels, and venues to life online, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Role

As a Social Media Account Manager, you will lead end-to-end campaigns across various platforms and manage a team while developing junior talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead social media marketing efforts for B2C clients, particularly in hospitality.
  • Manage and develop junior team members.
  • Oversee campaign performance tracking and reporting.
  • Utilize social media tools effectively for campaign management.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong experience with B2C clients; hospitality experience is a bonus.
  • Proven line management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of social analytics and paid campaign reporting.
  • Excellent copywriting and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Interest in AI’s role in marketing.

You are a confident and creative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You are comfortable working outside standard hours when needed for campaign deadlines or live client events.

  • Proficient with tools like Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to balance multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
