  • Partner closely with marketing, media, and agency teams to ensure insights are actioned and campaigns optimised.
  • Help define measurement frameworks, standards, and best practices for social and influencer marketing.
  • Manage priorities across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity, focus, and strong judgement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in social media, influencer marketing, or marketing analytics, with a strong focus on measurement and insights.
  • Proven experience working in a B2C or consumer-facing environment.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, the influencer ecosystem, and performance measurement across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data into meaningful, business-ready insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing content for senior or executive audiences.
  • Confident, independent worker able to operate effectively in a small team and a complex, matrixed organisation.
