Job Description

Grupo Planeta is seeking to hire a temporary Social Media and Content Creator for EAE Business School, part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation
  • Develop creative and editorial texts tailored for digital environments, ensuring brand identity consistency and a uniform tone of voice across all communications.
  • Design original and engaging content formats aligned with various strategic objectives.
  • Adapt content pieces to maximise performance on each platform and channel, ensuring effectiveness in diverse contexts.
• Audiovisual Production
  • Develop concepts and scripts for short-format videos aimed at social media.
  • Record and edit dynamic audiovisual content, integrating transitions, visual resources, and narrative elements to capture attention and generate engagement.
• Strategy and Trends
  • Continuously monitor digital trends and online culture to keep content relevant and aligned with market dynamics.
  • Identify new codes, emerging formats, and relevant narrative patterns for strategic incorporation.
  • Practice active social listening to detect opportunities, trends, and key conversations for brand participation.
  • Prepare comparative analyses within the education sector.
• Collaboration and Management
  • Contribute to the creation of creative briefs.
  • Provide live social media coverage of events.
  • Write news articles and copy as required.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Journalism, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong interest and curiosity about social media, online communication, and new digital trends.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience recording and editing vertical format content (Reels, Stories, TikTok) with creativity and ease.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling, and the ability to adapt style according to audience and platform.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, metric analysis, and professional presentations.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

• Teamwork: ability to collaborate, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
