About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and commercially aware Social Media & Community Executive to manage Flipdish’s brand presence across the UK and Ireland. This role focuses on capturing authentic customer stories, building community visibility, and positioning Flipdish as a trusted partner in key growth markets.

The position involves direct customer engagement, content creation, and distribution, including regular site visits and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Additionally, the role supports paid social activity execution across Meta and PPC platforms, contributing to creative testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.

This role acts as a vital link between customers and the brand, enhancing trust, supporting sales with social proof, and reinforcing Flipdish’s leadership in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Storytelling and Community Presence
  • Build relationships with Flipdish customers across the UK and Ireland through regular on-site visits.
  • Identify, capture, and develop authentic customer success stories reflecting operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Create high-quality video, photo, and written content that amplifies customer voices and showcases Flipdish in real-world use.
Social Media Ownership
  • Manage Flipdish’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Maintain a consistent weekly publishing schedule aligned with brand, commercial, and regional priorities.
  • Ensure social content highlights momentum, customer success, and market presence rather than promotional messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customers for storytelling and case studies.
  • Support commercial teams with up-to-date customer proof for sales conversations, partnerships, events, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing on major storytelling initiatives, launches, and campaigns involving customers.
Event and PR Support
  • Provide in-market support for customer-led events, PR activities, and partnerships alongside the VP of Marketing.
  • Attend relevant industry events to capture content and strengthen Flipdish’s community presence.
  • Coordinate customer participation to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Paid Social Support (B2B Demand Generation)
  • Assist the Digital Demand Generation Lead with day-to-day management of B2B paid social accounts on Meta and TikTok.
  • Execute campaign builds, creative testing, audience setup, and optimisation under guidance.
  • Translate customer stories into paid social creative for prospecting and retargeting campaigns.
  • Ensure paid social activity aligns with brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Key KPIs

  • Capture and publish 6+ local customer success stories per quarter.
  • Conduct a minimum of 3 on-site customer visits per month across the UK and Ireland.
  • Maintain a consistent weekly social media presence across priority channels.
  • Increase social engagement share from UK and Irish audiences.
  • Receive regular qualitative feedback from Sales and Customer Success on customer story usage.
  • Ensure timely execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns supporting demand generation.

About You

  • Experience managing social media and content for B2B or B2B2C brands, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or customer-centric industries.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in person and building relationships quickly.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate real-world experiences into compelling content.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Highly organised, self-directed, and able to operate autonomously.
  • Experience supporting B2B paid social execution on Meta and TikTok, collaborating with demand generation leads.
  • Based in London with willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
  • Experience working with hospitality brands, restaurants, or operators is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to brand tone of voice and content quality is essential.
