Role Summary

LN-CC is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Community Specialist to scale its social channels while maintaining brand integrity and cultural credibility. This hands-on role requires a blend of creative instinct and performance insight to build engaging, platform-native content that increases reach, drives engagement, and converts audiences into a loyal community and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury fashion culture and social media growth mechanics.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a clear growth strategy aligned with LN-CC’s brand positioning.
  • Identify audience growth opportunities across all content formats.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on data insights.
  • Implement tactics to drive follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion.
  • Write captions aligned with LN-CC’s tone of voice.
  • Manage content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Build and nurture an engaged, fashion-forward community.
  • Engage with followers, collaborators, and industry voices.
  • Identify relevant cultural conversations and moments.
  • Proactively seek creator collaborations and amplification opportunities.
  • Track all key KPIs and provide weekly and monthly performance insights.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience managing social media accounts in fashion, luxury, or culturally driven brands.
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm mechanics.
  • Strong visual eye aligned with LN-CC values.
  • Comprehensive understanding of LN-CC and its positioning in the market.
  • Ambitious, passionate, and driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Inspiring and motivational with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Unwavering personal integrity, credibility, and professionalism.
