Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation, Creation & Trendspotting: Collaborate with the team to develop fresh, creative content ideas tailored to each client and platform.
- Content Creation & Publishing: Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strategy & Performance Analysis: Support the development of results-driven social media strategies for clients in collaboration with the team.
- Campaign & Community Management: Plan and execute targeted campaigns that support key events, launches, and marketing goals.
- Platform & Profile Management: Manage and maintain clients’ social media profiles, ensuring bios, links, and visuals are accurate and optimised.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X, with a good understanding of platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences in a brand’s voice and adapt messaging across platforms.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- A data-driven mindset, confident using analytics and insights to refine strategies and measure success.
