Social Media Content Creator

Overview

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will make ETERNO Cloud and ETERNO Spaces visible and engaging for doctors and practice teams. Your focus will be on content that generates leads, supports conversion, and actively engages the community. You will develop ideas, produce content yourself, and ensure that our social media channels measurably contribute to the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Social Channel Ownership: Develop creative content ideas and produce social media content independently, including filming, editing, and preparing video and image material (e.g. reels, short videos, stories, behind-the-scenes moments).
• Content Strategy: Plan, coordinate, and publish content across all relevant ETERNO channels.
• Marketing Content Adaption: Edit and further process existing photo and video material for marketing activities.
• Trend-Scouting: Monitor current social media trends and sounds, experiment with new formats and ideas.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing & Events, Sales, Product, and Customer Solutions teams, including content production at events and on-site appointments.
• On-Camera & Storytelling: Support colleagues and customers in front of the camera, creatively presenting ETERNO and its stories.

Requirements

• Background in content creation, ideally within a dynamic corporate environment (e.g. scale-up, SaaS, HealthTech).
• Creative talent with a strong sense for storytelling, conveying emotions, and inspiring others with content.
• Excellent understanding of trends, formats, and platform-specific characteristics.
• Ability to engage and motivate others, such as colleagues and customers in front of the camera, with content ideas or at events.
• Identification with ETERNO and passion for our target group: doctors, medical facilities, and HealthTech.
• Based in Berlin, enjoy hybrid working, and willing to participate in events and on-site appointments.
• Excellent German language skills (C2) and good English skills (B2+).
