Social Media/ Content Creator

Overview

UNFRÄMED Berlin is not a conventional beauty studio — we celebrate diversity, self-love, and individuality. Our focus is on enhancing natural beauty and making people feel good. Our services range from manicure & pedicure to lash & brow lifts, makeup, and high-quality skincare products.

We are seeking support to creatively and modernly develop our social media channels and online presence.

Responsibilities

• Create creative content (photos, videos & texts) for our social media channels (e.g. Instagram, possibly TikTok).
• Plan and maintain a content and posting calendar: regular posts, stories, possibly reels, offers, promotions, etc.
• Support photo or video productions in the studio — e.g. beauty treatments, results, before/after, behind-the-scenes.
• Develop ideas for campaigns, specials or promotions (e.g. discount campaigns, Black Friday, products, offers) and implement them.
• Monitor social media trends, ensure appropriate tone of voice and represent our brand values: diversity, self-love, aesthetics, authenticity.
• Optional: Interact with followers – respond to comments, community care, social engagement.
• Work closely with the team — both the studio team and those responsible for products, blog & shop — to coordinate content and present our brand consistently.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in front of the camera and confident to be part of the content.
• A keen sense for aesthetics, trends and social media.
• Experience in photography, videography or content creation.
• Reliable, creative and able to work independently.
• Flexible, eager to learn and open to beauty and lifestyle topics.
• Basic knowledge of image and video editing or motivated to quickly learn tools such as Canva, smartphone editing, Adobe, etc.
• Desire to be part of an inclusive, diverse and individual team.
