Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Social Media Apprentice who is passionate about content creation, photography and video. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on responsibility and real creative input while completing a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship. You will be responsible for showcasing properties, building brand awareness and driving engagement across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 38 hours per week
- Exact working hours to be confirmed
What You’ll Do
The majority of your apprenticeship will be spent learning on the job, gaining practical experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Social Media Management- Develop and implement a content strategy across all social media platforms
- Plan, create and publish engaging posts, including photos, reels, stories and videos
- Schedule content and monitor platform performance
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and manage the online community
- Track analytics and produce performance reports to optimise content
- Visit properties to capture high-quality interior and exterior photos and videos
- Edit images and footage for use across social media, website listings and marketing campaigns
- Create short-form videos, property walk-throughs and lifestyle content
- Maintain and manage photography and video equipment
- Support the development of marketing campaigns aligned with sales and lettings objectives
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and other platforms)
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging social media formats
Training Provided
You will complete the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship. Training can be adapted to reflect any existing qualifications, experience or digital skills you already have.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications- GCSE English – Grade C / 4 or above
- GCSE Maths – Grade C / 4 or above
