Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of content development across photography, video, copy, and graphics from idea to execution.
- Plan and manage eCommerce and brand shoots, working with stylists, models, and photographers.
- Create social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
- Manage the day-to-day running of social media, from scheduling posts to community engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across brand, PR, digital, product, and eCommerce.
Skills and Experience
- 4–5+ years’ experience in content creation or production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
- Strong portfolio of photography, video, and social-first content.
- Experience managing e-commerce or brand shoots end-to-end.
- Confident using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
- Understanding of social algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in community management.
- Experience of managing a direct report would be a big plus.
Desirable
- Mentoring a junior social specialist.
