Overview

Our client, one of the fastest-growing sportswear brands in the UK, is seeking a creative, energetic, and performance-driven Social Media Content Creator to join their team in Manchester. This full-time role is based at the head office and focuses on creating high-impact content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create High-Impact Performance Content
    • Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos rooted in outdoor, active, and movement-led environments
    • Capture real-world product content across trails, hills, city streets, and urban spaces
    • Blend performance-driven messaging with aspirational storytelling
    • Produce paid ads that feel native, authentic, and culturally relevant
  • Level Up Our Social Channels
    • Support day-to-day management of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
    • Plan and schedule organic content around launches, campaigns, and brand moments
    • Maintain a strong visual identity and consistent brand voice
    • Engage with the community and identify real-time content opportunities
    • Track trends, platform shifts, and emerging formats
    • Report on performance, insights, and growth
  • Test, Iterate & Optimise
    • Craft strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds to boost retention
    • Deliver multiple creative iterations weekly for testing
    • Work closely with paid media teams on CTR, CPA, ROAS, hold-rate and watch-time insights
    • Continuously refine creative based on data

Person Specification

  • 3+ years creating and editing social-first video content
  • Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Experience producing paid social ads
  • Experience managing brand social channels
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram best practices
  • Comfortable shooting outdoors in diverse environments
  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to iterate fast
